SOLARO MathML Renderer License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Castle Rock Research Corporate ("Licensor "). This agreement applies to licenses issued via the World Wide Web and is applicable to online or offline use of the Licensed Material or Services.

Definitions
1. "Licensed Material" means any MathML image rendered by the service at http://mathml.solaro.com or its API.
2. "Services" means the web application developed by the Licensor and provided for public use to render MathML.
Accepting the Terms
1. In order to use the Licensed Materials or Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Licensed Materials or Services if you do not accept the Terms.
2. b. Before you continue, you should print off or save a local copy of the Terms for your records.
Accepting the Terms
1. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Licensor provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
2. You acknowledge and agree that Licensor may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services without prior notice to you.
3. You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
4. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Licensor, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement.
5. Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Licensor, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
6. You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Licensor has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Licensor may suffer) of any such breach.
Grant of Rights
1. The Licensed Material is being provided to You under the Terms of this agreement, which allows for use of Licensed Material but does not transfer ownership.
2. You may use the Licensed Material in any personal or commercial project unlimited number of times according to the License Terms and Conditions herein.
3. You may embed a link to our Service on your web pages such that the math is rendered for each visitor to the page or you may save the Licensed Material and use that in your website or documents.
4. If the service is used in conjunction with a web site, you must put a link with credits to http://mathml.solaro.com on every page where the Service or Licensed Material is used. This link may take the form of one of the following:
  - Footnote text (Example: Math on this page rendered by SOLARO.)
  - Inline text by the Math. (Example: Math rendered by SOLARO.)
  - Insert small SOLARO patch by Math or at bottom of page. (See example patch in the right menu)
5. If the service is used to produce Licensed Material for use in a document, you must credit Licensor either:
  - By mentioning that the Math was rendered by SOLARO, and include the website (http://mathml.solaro.com) in the acknowledgements section.
  - By mentioning that the Math was rendered by SOLARO, and include the website (http://mathml.solaro.com) as a footnote or endnote reference from each math image.
6. Any uses other than the ones mentioned above must be approved by Licensor in writing;
7. Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this License, and with it, Your rights to use the Licensed Material.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
1. Licensor will not be held responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of Services or Licensed Material.
2. Licensor cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy of Services or Licensed Materials. Licensor will not be responsible for any use of Services or Licensed Materials.
